Shipping policy
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Urban & Rural Shipping:
- We offer flat rate shipping of $10 for Urban Shipping and $16.50 for Rural Shipping.
- Please make sure you select the correct shipping for your address, if you are a rural address and have selected urban shipping we will email you to either add the extra or provide a different address * this does not apply to orders over $150
- Free shipping on orders over $150.00.
- Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days for Urban address and 5-7 for Rural Addresses. Busy periods ie xmas delivery times may be longer, please check your tracking to find out where your parcel is.

Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Authority to Leave ATL:
- Bubbabits is not responsible for any person/s that has an Authority to Leave option, this is done at your own risk, however if your parcel is not to be found we may be able to assist you in finding it or filing a claim with nz post
